Opening the heart and preparing the body progressively are the keys to all asana poses, especially backbends.


Typically, the male body has areas which are tight and inflexible, but with the right preliminary poses, backbends are within the realm of experience!


This three hour workhop will provide a take-home program for gradually mastering heart opening meditations and backbends.
